Hi. My name is Michael M Edmunds.

I was born in England but now live in Spain.

For the last 15 years or more I have been involved in the travel and holiday industry, dealing with the organisation of bookings, helping holiday-makers to enjoy their vacations and helping sort out any problems they have.  Like bed bugs for instance!

The picture below shows me checking on some guests in southern Spain.  I remember that day – it was pretty cold!

Distressing Problems

One problem that a lot of holiday-makers come across is going to a hotel or lodging they have booked and they find that they are sharing their room with bed bugs.

Needless to say, I fully understand the distress that bed bugs can cause – especially when the guests find that they have taken some of the bed bugs back home with them in their luggage.
